Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize product inventory, assist online orders, and deliver great customer experiences in-store. You may handle front-end duties, merchandising, and occasional delivery tasks as needed.

Qualified applicants will have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Seasonal employment with comprehensive benefits is offered where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Load and deliver orders if delivery is added as a function.
