Scheels All Sports, Inc. is offering a 60-day seasonal merchandising role in Rapid City, SD. Compensation is $15 per hour with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. The position involves stocking, pricing, and merchandising tasks across shop floors and back stock areas.

The ideal candidate will be able to work 15–25 hours per week, maintain organization, and cooperate with store teams while delivering strong customer service within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang and price merchandise.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow shop guidelines and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with shop managers on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain tidy appearance in store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and with the team; exercise good judgment.
• May work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
