Job Overview:
Green Circle Growers, founded in 1968 and operated by the van Wingerden family, has grown from a small operation to over 170 acres of greenhouses. We supply a wide range of plants to regional and national stores across the US and Canada, including retail markets and growers.

Position Details:
We are seeking dependable Seasonal Merchandisers to manage merchandising activities at Home Depot stores across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. This role offers flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week, based on product sales.

Responsibilities:

• Display, price, and maintain all annuals, perennials, and houseplants within assigned store spaces.
• Handle product disposal as needed to meet standards.
• Build strong relationships with store management and staff for effective collaboration.
• Coordinate with Green Circle Growers’ management to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying work hours.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be inside retail facilities or outside, with possible extreme temperatures.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Frequent walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling (up to 200 lbs), bending, and crouching.
• Occasional sitting, standing, fine motor tasks, climbing, and handling.
• May require operating machinery, driving vehicles, or using tools.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays, including Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.
