Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Merchandise Processor in Reynoldsburg, OH. The role focuses on accurately picking, packing and shipping inventory while following department SOPs in a Distribution Center environment.

The 1st shift runs 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Base pay is $17.00 per hour, plus benefits such as paid holidays from day one, a 40% employee discount, and a supportive EAP program.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Verify quantities with basic math and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, WMS or manual tracking information to facilitate inventory flow
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Lift cases, cartons and inventory up to 25 pounds continuously
• When necessary, be flexible to work in other areas of the DC

The Merchandise Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing and shipping inventory to our customer and stores. Following and meeting department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in a Distribution Center environment.

1st Shift AM Hours:

• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday

• Overtime hours: 5:00AM - 3:30 PM can be Friday, Saturday & or Sunday

Base Pay:

• $17.00 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow department SOP’s to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC
