Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Merchandise Processor in Columbus, OH to pick, pack and ship inventory following SOPs in a distribution center. The role starts at 5:00 AM and runs through 3:30 PM Monday-Thursday, with overtime possible on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

Base pay is $17.00 per hour plus benefits including holidays from day one, a 40% discount on all brands, a safe temperature-controlled environment, a $200 referral bonus, and mental health support through EAP.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory
• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders
• Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, WMS, and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift
• When necessary, flexible to work in other areas of the DC

The Merchandise Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing and shipping inventory to our customer and stores. Following and meeting department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in a Distribution Center environment.

1st Shift AM Hours:

• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday

• Overtime hours: 5:00AM - 3:30 PM can be Friday, Saturday & or Sunday

Base Pay:

• $17.00 Per Hour
