You will handle membership input, cash handling, and policy adherence. The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/AED certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certifications required before working alone.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods.
• Great communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Stay proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and point of sale.
• Ensure members adhere to policies and guidelines and address infractions.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Communicate with members and create a high level of member service.
