Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production, Produce, and counter roles in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood. You will provide exceptional guest service, merchandise products, and assist guests across departments.

Positions require a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Minimum age is 16, with 18 for certain departments. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the store.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash, and provide correct change.
• Assist in general housekeeping and gather shopping carts.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and meal solutions while maintaining quality.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
