Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafoods departments. This role offers a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

You will provide outstanding guest service, help guests with product knowledge and meal solutions, and assist in stocking, weighing, scanning, and cash handling. The position is seasonal and ends after peak periods.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16, or 18 for Deli/Bakery/Produce.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests across departments.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash and give change when needed.
• Gather shopping carts and assist with store housekeeping.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and other ready-to-eat items.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
