Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Front End, Early Morning Production, Produce, Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood departments. Roles include guest service, merchandising, and food preparation, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age or 18+ for Deli, Bakery, Produce.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn wants and needs for meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience.
• Weigh and scan products, cash handling and giving change as needed.
• Assist in general housekeeping and restocking throughout the day.
• Slice and prepare meats, cheeses, and ready-made meals as required.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
