Job summary

First Chair Destinations seeks a Maintenance Technician to care for vacation homes across our portfolio. You will travel daily between properties, performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi to ensure guest and owner satisfaction.

This seasonal role runs December 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, offers $24 per hour, and includes a monthly car allowance up to $100, with 20–30 hours per week and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience.
• Experience with appliances, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and digital systems.
• Strong time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple worksites daily to perform maintenance.
• Repair and maintain guest homes, perform preventative work.
• Troubleshoot appliances, wifi, and basic HVAC issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and on-call coverage.
• Maintain guest/owner satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Support on-site duties and cross-cover as needed.
• Maintain hot tubs and trash collection.
