National Park Service seeks a Maintenance Worker to perform recurring building and utility maintenance and operation duties, and to assist journeymen and higher graded maintenance staff. This is a seasonal position with a typical duty period from April through November, subject to weather, project needs, and funding.

Anticipated entry on duty is April 2027. Applicants must meet the qualification requirements outlined in the Qualifications Handbook X-118C and must be physically fit; complete

Qualifications

• Ability to perform the work with standard supervision and meet screening/out requirements.
• Ability to interpret instructions, specifications (including blueprints).
• Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, repair, etc.
