Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in Apple Valley, CA is seeking a Seasonal Interim Maintenance Worker to support our residential campus. The role focuses on routine maintenance and handyman tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs, with HVAC familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities include setting up a preventive maintenance calendar for major systems, coordinating outside service, keeping accurate records, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in routine building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Familiarity with HVAC systems preferred.
• Must pass background and safety checks, including DMV review.

Responsibilities

• Set up a preventive maintenance calendar for HVAC units, boilers, and major appliances.
• Coordinate outside service scheduling with Campus Director.
• Maintain accurate records and receipts for maintenance activities.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor to address damages or vehicle issues in a timely manner.
• Drive a vehicle when necessary.
