The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island seeks a Maintenance Engineer for the winter season (Nov 1, 2026 – Mar 31, 2027). Join a world-class resort and support preventive maintenance projects to uphold our high standards of safety and reliability.

On-island housing and meals are provided; applicants must be authorized to work in the US. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in hotel or similar maintenance, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years maintenance experience in hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional settings.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
