Grand Hotel Mackinac Island is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the winter season to assist with preventive maintenance projects and general repairs in a luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently. On-island housing and meals are provided; must be authorized to work in the US.

Overview

This is a seasonal position from November 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027. On island housing and meals provided at $9.50 per day.

Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
