Braille Works, located in Seffner and Sarasota, FL, seeks a Seasonal Hire through 12/31/2026 (possible extension). This full-time, Mon-Fri 40-hour role may include overtime. You will prepare and mail documents, verify weights and destinations, maintain records, and assist with software use.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year related experience. Candidates must pass background check, drug screen, and US citizenship verification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare documents and stuff into envelopes, scan files, apply postage, and organize by shipping method.
• Verify file amount, weight, and domestic/international for shipping.
• Mail files on or before the SLO date and avoid late shipments.
• Audit files and mail tubs per client specs and maintain tracking docs.
• Collaborate with peers to meet department and customer needs.
• Meet deadlines with a quick and steady pace while maintaining quality.
