Qualifications

• Be customer service oriented.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Use a variety of tools, supplies and equipment as it relates for the function of the job, and may be assigned to data entry on shipping computer system.
• Work well independently as well as part of a team to meet operational goals.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Possess basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, seal and process order(s) for outgoing shipment, with the utmost professional care.
• Meet shipping deadlines on a daily basis in accordance with Big Island Candies' Quality standards.
• Learn the day-to-day operations of the Mail Order Department and be willing and able to assist with other departmental duties as assigned.
