Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of menu items, wine, beer and spirits helpful.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information on menu items and culinary terminology.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer and spirits in service.
• Interacts with guests and handles multiple duties simultaneously.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and follows POS procedures.
