• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of service order of steps and proper table settings.
• Ability to interact graciously with the public while handling multiple duties.

Responsabilidades

• Serve assigned seating section in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provide detailed menu information and culinary terminology to guests.
• Utilize knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and related service procedures.
• Interact with guests and manage multiple duties simultaneously.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and follow POS procedures.
• Complete pre/post-shift duties and routine tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist with lifting and moving tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain restaurant and workstation cleanliness and hygiene standards.
