Job summary

Hermès Naples Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and store-floor support in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will assist with front and back of house operations, help the sales team, and ensure stock and customer service standards are maintained.

The position starts in November and runs through December 31st. Candidates should be customer‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide high levels of service to our clients within Hermès standard of service: prompt and friendly greeting, offer to assist and answer questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and the like) are stocked at all times, maintain selling floor merchandise standards, straightening, filling in, etc.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support of After Sales areas as needed. Logging in repairs, contacting clients, maintain active records.
• Answering phones in a timely manner and exhibiting friendly and appropriate customer service.
