• Strong communication skills are essential for greeting clients, answering questions and coordinating with the sales team.
• Customer service orientation to support a luxury client experience.
• Detail-oriented approach to stocking, merchandising and clerical tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize workstation and selling floor activity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for administrative tasks.
• Ability to lift 0–25 lbs as part of the role.
• Regular in-person work at a company-designated location is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Hermès boutique.
• Support the sales team with selling process; hang merchandise, return items to floor, retrieve stock, prepare stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to ensure items are stocked and merchandise standards are maintained.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist with After Sales activities: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly with professional customer service.
