• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and ensure guests have a memorable Tiffany experience.
• Improve client experience with hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list when applicable.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Notify management of potential service issues.
• Assist with boxing, wrapping, and POS duties after purchase.
• Support operations and after-sales servicing to optimize store operations.
• Assist with inventory and special projects.
