Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with diverse clients, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist clients, providing hospitable service and personalized experiences.
• Support engraving, manage waiting lists, and maintain a clean, orderly hospitality area.
• Assist the sales team with boxing and wrapping, replenishing supplies, and keeping point-of-sale stations and sales floors organized.
• Support store operations, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
