Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or client-related service.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication with strong client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and ensure clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
• Enhance client experience through hospitality and store amenities to boost sales and service.
• Assist with engraving where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list when required.
• Keep the hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist sales team with boxing/wrapping, replenish POS and gifting supplies, maintain POS and sales floor organization.
• Support operations with policies, procedures and after-sales servicing to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
