Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant to support the sales team at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA. You will help create a memorable luxury shopping experience, assist with client appointments, and contribute to store operations and presentation of Zegna collections.

The role involves assisting Customer Advisors, maintaining customer profiles, and supporting inventory, merchandising, and POS activities to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Share customer, product, and store information with the team and support client appointments, including preparing products and maintaining customer profiles.
• Assist Customer Advisors in understanding customer preferences and use digital tools to support the shopping experience.
• Resolve customer concerns in accordance with service policies and support made-to-measure order entry.
• Support inventory audits, visual merchandising, point-of-sale and alterations station organization, purchasing supplies, and shipping and receiving.
• Follow store operations and time and attendance policies.
