Job summary

Moncler S.P.A. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to join our Aspen store on a full-time basis. You will support Client Advisors, operations, and management during peak periods, helping maintain an elevated client experience and efficient product flow.

This role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and a professional appearance, with weekend/evening availability often needed. Compensation includes benefits and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail is a plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to deliver an elevated Moncler experience.
• Assist Client Advisors and management during peak periods.
• Support product replenishment and stock organization between BOH and FOH.
• Maintain clean, organized BOH and sales floor; assist with inventory tasks.
