Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our luxury retail ecosystem during peak season. You will work with the operations team to ensure efficient receiving, inventory accuracy, and timely merchandising on the floor.

The role requires lift/physical effort, familiarity with retail tech, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Experience in operations or warehouse settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all work areas.
