Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Denver is seeking Seasonal Team Members to embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season. You will greet Clients warmly, assist with their needs, and help create memorable luxury experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting with engraving where applicable, managing the floor waiting list, keeping the hospitality area stocked and organized, supporting the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and POS duties, and aiding operations and inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail or luxury retail or client-focused experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and receive a memorable experience.
• Enhance the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to support sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list when needed.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate issues to management regarding waiting Clients.
• Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, stocking POS and gifts, and maintaining neat sales floor areas.
• Support operations with policies, procedures and after-sales servicing.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
