Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Seasonal Dishwasher to support the Neiman Marcus restaurant team. The role focuses on maintaining a clean dish area, trash removal, and floor upkeep to meet health and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Keeps dish, trash, and floors areas clean and organized to the highest level of Health and Kitchen standard.
• Maintains dish machine by checking chemicals, operation, and reporting malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef.
• Keeps chemical testers on hand and uses all sanitizing materials correctly.
• Sets up and maintains a clean dish area with pots, pans, sinks, and silverware.
• Maintains a professional relationship with line cooks, coworkers, chef, and front‑of‑house staff.
