Acne Studios is seeking a Seasonal Host for our Greene Street store to deliver a standout in-store shopping experience. You will greet clients, manage outdoor lines during peak hours, and support on- and off-floor operations to ensure a smooth, engaging client journey.

You will receive training in luxury sales, clienteling, and service excellence, with a focus on creating positive business outcomes and building relationships with shoppers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus depending on market requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the store and manage the line outdoors during peak hours.
• Guide customers through the store, providing the best-in-class client experience and smooth interactions.
• Support the sales team on the shop floor by inquiring about client needs and facilitating fast, friendly service.
• Uphold administrative procedures and maintain store standards during peak periods.
