Sonnenalp Hotel of Vail is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Seasonal Room Service Servers for the 2026-2027 winter season. You will deliver in-room dining with professional service, check orders, and assist guests with menu questions.

Role requires fluent English, hospitality mindset, and the ability to work long hours during winter peak seasons. Employee housing is available, compensation starts at $15.16/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience serving is preferred.
• Fluent English is required for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver and service in-room dining orders.
• Take guests' orders by phone and assist with menu questions.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery and proper presentation of orders.
• Keep work area clean and organized; maintain equipment.
• Adhere to all service standards and SOPs.
