Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Tala Beach, our seasonal outdoor food & beverage venue, to lead with vision and hands-on leadership.

You will require 8+ years in upscale luxury hospitality, at least 5 years steering a food & beverage team, and a track record in guest engagement and financial performance. A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus, and you must excel at clear communication and adapt to a 24-hour operation.

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role within upscale luxury hospitality.
• 5+ years leading a food & beverage team.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality is a plus.
