Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Tala Beach, our seasonal outdoor food & beverage venue, to lead with vision and hands-on leadership.

You will require 8+ years in upscale luxury hospitality, at least 5 years steering a food & beverage team, and a track record in guest engagement and financial performance. A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus, and you must excel at clear communication and adapt to a 24-hour operation.

About you...

Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.

Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
