Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Miami seeks a General Manager for Tala Beach, our seasonal outdoor food and beverage venue. You will lead a high-performance team, elevate service standards, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining financial performance in a luxury environment.

The role requires a minimum 8 years in upscale F&B, at least 5 years leading a team, strong communication, and willingness to work a 24-hour operation. A post-secondary diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
• Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
