Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Tala Beach's seasonal outdoor food & beverage venue. You will lead a high-performing team, uphold luxury standards, and drive guest service and financial performance while fostering a culture of learning.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in upscale F&B, 5+ years leading a team, a post-secondary diploma or degree, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a 24-hour environment.

About you

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
• Min. 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
