Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Tala Beach, our seasonal outdoor food & beverage venue. You will lead a high-performing F&B team, uphold luxury standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing financial performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to motivate staff across shifts. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in upscale hospitality, at least 5 years leading teams, and a diploma or degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of food & beverage experience in upscale luxury environments.
• Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Expert in F&B operations with a proven track record in guest engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

About you…

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
