Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Server Assistant to maintain dining room setup and support high standards of service for guests. You will clear and reset tables, deliver items, and assist the team to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires experience in food and beverage service, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage.
• Knowledge of proper placement of china, glass, and flatware.
• Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on table maintenance in the dining room, including clearing and re-setting tables.
• Delivers food and beverages to guests according to kitchen tickets.
• Maintains the bus station and beverage areas.
• Learns table numbers and sections in the dining area.
• Assists waitstaff and kitchen staff with service needs and restocking.
• Stocks and maintains dining room supplies and equipment.
