Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Server Assistant to maintain dining room setups and ensure guests receive high-quality food and beverage service in line with Neiman Marcus standards.

The role requires standing and moving, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training on table settings and service flows is provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of proper placement of china, glass, and flatware.

Responsibilities

• Maintain table maintenance in dining room and reset tables.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests according to tickets.
• Assist kitchen and service staff with requests and restocking.
• Set up dining room with coffee, iced tea, and ice.
• Lifts and moves objects (tables, chairs, etc.).
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and complete assigned duties.
