Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Client service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail or luxury retail preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and have a memorable experience.
• Improve the Client experience with hospitality and store amenities to boost sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Lead floor waiting list when needed.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, and stocking POS supplies.
• Help with inventory and store operations as needed.
