Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or client-related hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable experiences.
• Support store operations, boxing/wrapping, and POS duties.
• Assist engraving station and inventory as needed.
• Manage wait list and hospitality area; keep spaces organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Flag potential service issues to management for follow-up.
