Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with assisting clients across multiple service areas.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring Clients are warmly welcomed and experience aligns with Tiffany standards.
• Enhance Client experiences through hospitality and store amenities to drive sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable.
• Manage floor waiting list and keep POS areas neat and stocked.
• Support boxing/wrapping, replenishing gifts, and after-purchase services as needed.
• Collaborate with operations on store policies and after-sales servicing.
