Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Team Members embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction during the holiday season. You will be a brand ambassador, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed and receive a memorable experience that reflects Tiffany's luxury standards.

You will assist with engraving, boxing, inventory, and POS maintenance while supporting sales and operations to ensure peak store performance during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Brand ambassador with a strong client focus and brand representation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions.
• Experience delivering high levels of guest service in a retail or luxury setting.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced holiday environment.
• Comfort with handling multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a memorable Tiffany brand experience.
• Assist with engraving and boxing while maintaining organized POS areas.
• Manage floor waiting list and keep hospitality area stocked and clean.
• Support sales team with wrapping, gifting supplies and store organization.
• Coordinate with operations on policies and after-sales service.
