Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to support security operations at the Distribution Center, safeguarding assets and enforcing safe processing standards.

You will investigate internal theft, monitor floor activity and CCTV, conduct audits, enter data for audits and Gatehouse operations, assist store inquiries, and participate in training new LP Associates, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or related Loss Prevention experience.
• Certification to operate power equipment for investigations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in protecting Kohl's assets and monitor DC security.
• Report policy violations to leadership and investigate internal theft.
• Monitor and audit compliance with Department Store and DC safety policies.
• Perform DC Loss Prevention audits to measure accuracy.
• Conduct data entry of audit results and Gatehouse operations.
• Support store inquiries and assist in training new Loss Prevention Associates.
• Observe associates via floor and CCTV to ensure processing guideline compliance.
• Participate in the Distribution Center Safety Committee.
