Job summary

Kohl’s in Pataskala, OH is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to support security and safety at the Distribution Center. You will perform physical security, report violations, investigate internal theft, monitor processes, and help ensure policy compliance.

You’ll conduct Loss Prevention audits, enter data, and assist in Gatehouse operations while training new associates. Shifts include 11am-7pm or 3pm-1am, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in the use of power equipment to aid investigations.
• Auditing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access/PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the protection of Kohl’s assets across the DC.
• Monitor security policies and report incidents per Kohl’s guidelines.
• Investigate internal theft and safety violations.
• Audit processes and perform data entry of audit results.
• Support Gatehouse operations and data entry.
• Assist in store inquiries and train new Loss Prevention Associates.
