District Photo Inc. is seeking a temporary Seasonal Logistics Coordinator in Beltsville, MD to support the Transportation and Logistics team during peak season.

You will handle testing, reporting, pricing support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Finance, Sales, IT, Quality, and Product. The role emphasizes data analysis, project management, and strong Excel skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth transportation activities through January 1,

Formación

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience working with transportation systems is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all carrier label testing and customer implementation testing.
• Track testing results and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Assist with transportation system implementations and updates.
• Manage follow-up activities with InfoShip, API, IT, and business teams.
• Track project timelines, action items, and implementation status.
• Coordinate transportation-related system enhancements and integrations.
• Escalate delays and unresolved issues as needed.
• Maintain packaging and shipping rules with Product and Operations teams.
• Support packaging validations and implementation testing.
• Maintain shipping specifications and routing documentation.
• Gather customer shipping requirements and special pricing requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Transportation teams on pricing reviews.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Maintain pricing documentation and customer-specific shipping requirements.
• Support forecasting and capacity planning activities.
• Assist with transportation claims and carrier disputes.
• Support invoice audits and billing discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain claims documentation and status tracking.
• Track corrective actions and resolutions.
• Identify reporting or process improvement opportunities.
• Support peak readiness and operational improvement initiatives.
