Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to support a seasonal team and drive guest experiences at our holiday photo venues. You’ll lead daily operations, manage inventory and scheduling, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service to families.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead in fast-paced retail settings. Flexible, part-time hours and the chance to grow within our festive photography division await.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving.
• Comfortable in cash handling/sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Available for pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Nice to have prior leadership in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing teams or operations across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated success driving sales and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
