Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join our seasonal team and help lead the guest experience during peak photo days.

You will support daily photo operations, motivate seasonal staff, drive sales, and ensure families receive a magical Santa visit and outstanding service from start to finish. Prior leadership and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values.
• Assist opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by management.
