Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A minimum 1 year of guest services, customer service, or security related experience is preferred.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to handle loud & sometimes crowded/high energy environments.

Responsibilities

• Ticket scanning & promotional material distribution.
• ID Checking for age verification and wristbanding.
• Pre and post-show room setup, venue cleaning, and general labor.
• Administer security screenings for guests prior to entering the venue.
• Monitoring access points for artist/staff only areas and screening for credentials.
• Interact with customers and answer questions as needed.
• Monitoring of the health & safety of all guests in attendance.
• Crowd control.
• De-escalate stressful or volatile interactions.
• Ensure customers leave with a positive experience.
