Allied Universal Event Services in Indianapolis is hiring for our Game Day Event Team. This role puts you in the thick of exciting sports and entertainment venues, with an emphasis on safety, crowd management, and guest engagement.

No prior experience is required, and you’ll receive weekly pay with a flexible part-time schedule. As a member of the team, you will assist with entry control, ticket verification, directions, and friendly guest interactions.

Competenze

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required; Driver’s Record check may be required.
Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Mansioni

Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
Verify entry into venues, scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct venue traffic.
Demonstrates understanding of policies, procedures and regulations of venues, facilities and events.
Initiates a genuine, friendly greeting to guests at facility entrances and a sincere thank you as interactions end.
Provides guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.
Maintains a friendly tone and natural speaking voice during guest interactions.
