OnTrac is seeking a Peak Linehaul Dispatch Specialist in Redlands, CA to support the fleet operations. The role requires maintaining fleet maintenance records, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance while coordinating with facility personnel and vendors.

The position offers full-time hourly employment with a comprehensive benefits package for a seasonal period, and requires at least two years of admin/clerical experience and a high school diploma.

Compensation

$21.50/hour

Shift(s)

• Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00AM to 8:30PM
• Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:30PM
• Friday through Tuesday from 3:00PM to 11:30PM

Duration

This Seasonal Role is expected to take place from 10/24/26 until 12/26/26.

NOTE: Role duration and scheduled hours may change based on business needs

The Must-Haves

• Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.

• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entryMaintain all fleet files and costing sheet

• You demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills.

• The hourly rate range above represents the national range for this position. The hourly rate range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base hourly rate offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
