Position Details

This position is based at our Sandwich, MA location and will be for the 2025 Spring/Summer season. Part-time and full-time hours are available. Consistent availability Thursday - Sunday preferred. Pay is $21-$22 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Preparing lobster rolls to the specifications of our Tree House lobster roll SOP.
• Preparing pizza to the specifications of our Tree House pizza SOP.
• Serving our food items to customers in an inviting, friendly environment.
• Performing quality checks, ensuring that the ingredients meet the standards set by Tree House.
• Labeling and organizing ingredients in correct dated (FIFO) order for easy access.
• Monitoring inventory and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Keeping work areas and kitchen sanitized and clean.
• Ensuring ingredients are used according to company policy and shelf dates, following FIFO.
• Maintaining safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Performing other kitchen duties as assigned.

Applicant Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in food service.
• Food handler’s license (preferred).
• Proven food preparation and handling experience.
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
